Dr. Corba is a board-certified family physician and the owner of Green Hills Direct Family Care, which was the first Direct Primary Care office to open in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania in 2016. She was born in Allentown, grew up in “The Valley,” and after 13 years in Philadelphia, returned to the area with her family in 2001.

Dr. Corba attended Muhlenberg College where she earned her B.S. in Biology/Natural Sciences in 1985. In 1993 she graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where she also completed her residency in 1997. She is married to Dr. Robert Corba, PCOM ’93, who is board-certified in both anesthesia and interventional pain management, having trained at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. They have 2 children, a son and daughter who are both pursuing careers in science.

In January 2016, Dr. Corba successfully transitioned her thirteen-year-old, solo, independent, insurance-based office to DPC. She is an early innovator, champion, and national leader for Independent Direct Primary Care. She has been a national speaker and has testified publicly at the state level on behalf of DPC. She has participated in numerous meetings about innovation in health care delivery with state and federal lawmakers and leaders of federal government agencies as a member of the Board of Directors of DPC Action and was recently invited to testify for the House Ways and Means Committee about healthcare affordability. Dr. Corba has authored articles about DPC which have appeared in local, state, and national publications and participated in multiple podcasts and interviews.

She has been a mentor to 3rd year medical students for the past eight years and has lectured about DPC in several PA medical schools to 1st and 2nd year students. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the USF/Morsani College of Medicine.

In September of 2017, Dr. Corba published a digital download to help DPC practices with regulatory compliance titled The Manual of Policies and Procedures for Direct Primary Care and has given presentations on the topic. She has special expertise in HIPAA compliance as a Certified HIPAA Compliance Officer (CHCO) and an Officer of Healthcare Compliance (OHCC).

Most recently, Dr. Corba formed the Pennsylvania Direct Primary Care Association® (PADPCA), a non-profit for the education and promotion of independent DPC physicians and their practices within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In 2019, PADPCA® was awarded just over $33,000 in the first-ever PAMED Society Innovation Grant. The grant was used to educate medical students, residents, and attending physicians through speaking engagements, lectures, and articles/advertisements in local, regional, and state-wide publications.

Dr. Corba serves on the Leadership Council and PAC Committee for the PA Chapter of NFIB.

Since 2019, she has represented Lehigh County as a Delegate for the PA Medical Society.
